Campus Hazing Transparency Report
The Campus Hazing Transparency Report (CHTR) provides detailed, incident-specific information regarding hazing violations where a student organization (RSO) has been found responsible. The CHTR includes:
- The name of the RSO involved.
- A general description of the hazing violation, including whether alcohol or other drugs were involved.
- The institution’s findings regarding the incident.
- Any sanctions imposed on the student organization as a result of the violation.
- Key dates associated with the incident, including the alleged incident date, the investigation initiation date, the date the investigation concluded with a finding of responsibility, and the date the organization was notified of the finding.
The first CHTR will be published by December 23, 2025, covering incidents from July 1, 2025, onward. The CHTR is published only when a finding of a hazing violation has occurred involving a student organization (twice annually when applicable) and will be published below to ensure ongoing transparency and accountability.

General Description of the hazing incident: New members were instructed to engage in line-ups where they were subjected to calisthenics and other behaviors. A new member was injured as a result of the line-up. New members were also required to complete activities at non-sanctioned locations off campus.

General description of the hazing incident: New members were required to provide security at the front door during a party by fraternity members. New members of the organization had to complete favors and conduct other daily tasks for active members for “Good Boy” points. New members stated that they had to clean an off-campus residence where active members lived.

Findings: Found responsible for Student Organization Policy A: Abuse/Endangerment; Student Organization Policy B Hazing; Student Organization Policy E: Non-compliance with Other University Policies; Student Organization Policy H: Distribution/Possession of Alcohol and Other Drugs
Sanctions imposed: Organizational Disciplinary Probation, beginning Spring 2026, and in place until specified conditions are completed, including recruitment training, training regarding the use of chapter funds, attendance at the organization’s National Convention, participation in a Chapter transition retreat for leadership, implementation of the 6-week new member program instituted by the organization’s International Headquarters, and required collaboration with OFSA to ensure compliance with the Social Policy.
